These courses combine historical and cultural background with practical application skills. Personnel will learn how a deeper understanding of Arab and Islamic culture provides the edge they need to more effectively and intelligently combat Islamic terrorism and build relationships of trust with the community and other partners. 

This course offers students a look at the religion, culture, and personalities that led to the creation of one of America's greatest threats, providing a study of the history, formation, and activities of al-Qaeda.

This course goes step-by-step to reveal the complexities of Arab and Islamic naming convention. Personnel will learn how to improve intelligence-gathering by simply unlocking complex naming patterns. The course also reveals the security breaches inherent to bringing Arab and Islamic names into the Western world.

These courses enable law enforcement personnel to identify and defeat specific threats on the home front, providing in-depth studies of terrorist, drug, and gang methodology and incidents, including Arab and Islamic culture in America and "myth busting". These intense courses move quickly through the essentials in order to provide a core competency in identifying and handling relevant sources in the local community.

This course enhances and refines the ability of law enforcement and security personnel to identify individuals that pose higher potential threats. Security professionals learn to focus their attention based on potential threat levels resulting in a better allocation of security resources, improved efficiency and increased effectiveness of the overall security system. The course delineates industry-pertinent disciplines and methodologies that have proven successful in high-risk areas around the world. This course lays the foundation for a broad implementation of Intelligence-Led Policing (ILP®) through workshops and practical exercises; thus providing participants with valuable new skills and capabilities for their departments. The course provides and introduction to the three main components of ILP adopting the Intelligence Cycle to support better situational awareness; utilizing Fusion Center capabilities to improve tactical operations; and, developing strategic planning and intelligence-driven analyses to set priorities and allocate intelligence, enforcement, and investigative assets as needed.
